I am wonky, which means I bounce from one injury to another, but I will not be deterred. Each step holds the potential for complete disaster, but where's the magic and wonder in a completely secure future? I like to run and am on a journey to chase down my running goals at several distances, all designed to get me to Boston with that all important BQ!

I hope you are able to get back at it consistently in 2013! My health has been kind of all over the place - my left knee has been starting to hurt more recently, I think I laid off strength training too much recently. Gotta get back to the gym.
